Our Diet Habit in China
In China our diet habit is different than in America. Like the USA, we normally have three meals in one day. Every meal contains a variety of food, but the steam bun is always served. The steam bum’s shape is round or rectangular. In the morning, we make a soup appetizer dish with it. At noon, we will often make noodles with it. In the evening when we get home, we always see the fresh steam bun on the table. The Chinese people eat a variety of foods, but in my family we never omitted a food called steam bun.
